Background

‘Leader of the Pack' launched as a loyalty promotion targeting Sony Display's business partners that sold Sony projectors. Its first year proved very successful in keeping Sony top of mind, increasing sales, maintaining market share during a very competitive period and forming an effective communication channel for Sony with its B2B customers.

Objective

Incentivise sales representatives in distributor and re-seller channels through a value-add loyalty promotion to push Sony projector sales.

The Result

The campaign ran for two years, consistently achieving and maintaining its original objectives. The customised online mechanism that DesignStreet established enabled participants to see their reward points increase in real-time and select rewards any time of the day. Constant interaction with the promotion ensured that Sony was kept top of mind during the selling process. Sony have continued their enormous growth since this campaign,
