When we designed the website for our client, Strategy First, it was imperative that we had defined categories for who they cater to as they have market segments. The services provided for retirees wouldn't be the same as busy professionals or business owners —and that distinction is crucial because otherwise either group would go onto the website and think the organisation may only do either/or rather than both and more.
