The Story

BWR Accountants and Advisers has been servicing the Central West NSW region for over 60 years. The firm was originally started by Dick Herborn in the 1950's. Over this time the partners and team of the firm have built a reputation of providing outstanding service and quality advice to clients.

BWR needed additional exposure and awareness to expand their client base. Facing a potential acquisition of another practice in 2015, guidance and recommendations also needed.  



The integration of both brand identities was constructed to capitalise on both practices’ awareness and individual strengths. Further, the development of a bee graphic and beehive imagery, throughout their website, fortified the brand identity.

BWR’s general branding, awareness and perceptual objectives were targeted through:

  • Corporate brochure design and development

  • Letterhead, business card, counter card and invitation design

  • Optimised client communication and procedures

  • Radio commercials – copyright and audio production

  • Social media strategy and implementation

  • Press advertisements


Along with this, BWR was advised through the transition in acquiring another accounting practice.



With Innovation Station’s involvement, BWR Accountants were set for a new phase of growth. They were strengthened in their ability to continue to maintain the outstanding reputation created over the previous 60 years.
