Abby Practice was a progressive accounting practice that started as a 'one man band' in 1995 and grew to include over 10 employees by 2015. The marketing challenge was to transition from a traditional compliance-based accounting firm to an advisory one, while also growing top-line revenue and preparing the practice for sale.
Innovation Station worked closely with Abby Practice on the formulation and implementation of a new Marketing Strategy geared towards building an advisory-based practice. This was achieved through implementing a flagship client seminar series and supported by a professional website, informative corporate brochures, engaging social media and digital marketing strategy.
Over the span of 4 years, Abby Practice was transformed from a compliance-based firm operating solely with existing clientele, to a business-advisory focused firm that was attracting dozens of new clients annually with hundreds of prospects coming through the door. In addition, the new Marketing Strategy added value and increased interaction with existing clients and turned the Practice into a hub for local businesses. Overall, this amounted to a 50% increase in billing turnover and a 300% increase of SMSF accounts. This growth aided the smooth sale and assimilation of Abby Practice into the Enspira Financial brand in 2016.
